10,000 Step Challenge

Challenge yourself to take on 10,000 steps everyday for a month this March or anytime, anywhere to suit you!

Here are some ways you can get your steps up this March and smash the 10,000 target:

◦ Dancing

◦ Aerobics

◦ Running/jogging

◦ Take the stairs instead of lifts/escalators

◦ Walk instead of driving to the shops - or if you do drive, park your car a bit further away in the car park

◦ Take regular breaks throughout the day to get some fresh air and get some steps in, even if it's only for 5-10 minutes
